The Benito Pérez’s Acorn 50% Iberian shoulder ham special selection is a rigorously selected piece from among all our acorn-fed shoulder hams. It comes from 50% Iberian pigs carefully selected and raised in freedom in the best holm oak pastures and fed on acorns during the ‘montanera’ season, completing this diet with grass and other fruits of the ground.


The 'montanera' is the period between October and March approximately, on which the ripening of the acorn and the final phase of the Iberian pig's rearing take place. During this period, the animal puts on a lot of weight and that is why, once this phase is over, it is slaughtered.


In our ham factory in Salamanca, we carry out the complete process of manufacturing and selling hams, shoulder hams and sausages. The acorn 50% Iberian shoulder ham special selection is a rigorously selected product, with approximately 24 months in natural drying rooms. This curing process is always being controlled throughout this time.

Todo lo que pueda decir es poco, la atención tanto de Isabel como la de Isidro, inmejorable. El embutido, lo mismo el chorizo, salchichón, morcón, el lomo, la paleta selección, el jamón, todo es de 10.
