It is very creamyunctuous, with a creamy, intensedelicate flavour thanks to our light salt content.

100% Iberian ham, 100% uniqueof the highest quality, produced in a traditional way.

Where does our 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham come from?

Our 100% Iberian acorn-fed black label ham comes from 100% Iberian breed pigs reared in the wild in the best holm oak pastures.

Pigs that have been fed on acorns, herbsother fruits of the field during the montanera period.

We call montanera the period of time between the months of OctoberMarch approximately, the time of the year in which the ripening of this fruit takes placethe final phase of the rearing of the 100% Iberian acorn-fed pig takes place.

During this period of time, the 100% acorn-fed Iberian pig puts on weight quicklyrapidly, which is why, once this phase is over, it is slaughtered.

Sudden changes in temperature should also be avoided, therefore a cellarstorage room could be the perfect place for its best preservation.

When you receive the product, free the piece from any type of wrapping so that it can breathe properly.

Once opened, protect its cut with a clean, lint-free cloth.

Solo puedo decir que esta exquisito y para su calidad tiene muy buen precio. Es la segunda vez que compro, la primera fue en tienda y esta pedido por telefono (no tiene gastos de envio si pasa de 100€). Un trato genial en ambos casos.
