Slow and long curing and maturing process for approximately 26 months in our drying rooms and natural cellars that make this a delicious product with an unmistakable flavour and aroma.

Whole bone-in Iberian hams should be kept in a cool, dry place, preferably in a ham holder or hung up and away from direct light. Sudden changes in temperature should also be avoided, therefore a cellar or storage room could be the perfect place for its best preservation.


When you receive the ham, free the piece from any type of wrapping so that it can breathe properly.


Once opened, protect its cut with a clean, lint-free cloth, removing it only when you want to cut ham.

Los productos son muy buenos: los jamones tanto recebo como bellota y el resto que he probado las entregas perfectas, incluso en las entregas fuera de España.

Perfecto es decir poco. Hable con ellos el jueves día 18 de Marzo a las 10:00, realice el pedido vía web y para el viernes día 19 de Marzo nos llegó el pedido. El jamón, el queso, el lomo, el salchichón y el chorizo muy pero que muy rico.
