Slow and long curing and maturing process for approximately 26 months in our drying rooms and natural cellars that make this a delicious product with an unmistakable flavour and aroma.

Jamón buenísimo, vamos, qué nos vamos a hacer adeptos a sus productos. Esta en su punto, se nota ese mimo con el que trata a sus jamones. la nota negativa es que nos hemos comido ya la mitad en 1 semana.

Perfecto es decir poco. Hable con ellos el jueves día 18 de Marzo a las 10:00, realice el pedido vía web y para el viernes día 19 de Marzo nos llegó el pedido. El jamón, el queso, el lomo, el salchichón y el chorizo muy pero que muy rico.
