Acorn Iberian salchichón slied in 100 g packets. Elaborated with lean meat from 50% Iberian breed pigs fed on acorns during the ‘montanera’. Rised in freedom in the best holm oak pastures.


Salchichón is seasoned following the traditional recipe of ancestors with the best spices: Garlic, oregano and pepper, and stuffed in natural intestines from the pig. Afterwards it goes through a slow and natural curing process of c. 5 months in our natural drying rooms located in Salamanca.


Product presentation: vacuum-packed.

Keep the packets of sliced salchichón in the fridge at a temperature between 0ºC and 8ºC.


Whenever you want to eat a packet, take it out of the fridge approximately 2 hours beforehand, so that it reaches the optimal temperature for the best enjoyment. If this is not possible, you can also temper the sealed packet with hot water.


Then open and oxygenate the product for at least 5 minutes.


Finally, enjoy the sliced ham packet at room temperature +- 25ºC.


In case of vacuum loss, remove the product from the bag and eat it as soon as possible.


If you wish to keep part of an opened packet, we recommend you keep it in the fridge wrapped in aluminium foil, although ideally, each packet should be entirely consumed once opened.
