Acorn Iberian papada from 50% Iberian breed pigs rised in freedom and fed on acorns during the ‘montanera’.


Our Iberian papada is marinated and seasoned with the best paprika and cured for approximately 2 months.


Ideal to grill, as well as perfect to accompany the most exquisite and typical dishes of our land such as ‘patatas meneas’.


Product presentation: cavuum-packed.

*All the Iberian products manufactured by Jamones Benito Pérez are certified gluten-free products and are therefore suitable for coeliac.

Keep the papada in the fridge at a temperature between 0ºC and 8ºC.


Whenever you want to eat it, take it out of the fridge cut the quantity you would like to consume and throw away the plastic bag.


Afterwards, store the remaining piece in the fridge wrapped in cling film. Allow the sliced papada to warm up for 1 or 2 hours before consumption.


Possible ways to consume our acorn Iberian papada:


- Raw or grilled in thin slices on toasted bread.


- To accompany pasta dishes.


- As an ingredient in a pizza.


- In tasty lentils.
