Ham from white breed pigs that has gone through a curing process as rigorous and controlled as the rest of our Iberian hams.


In contrast to whole bone-in ham, this product comes boneless and vacuum-packed in convenient pieces.


The ham is deboned and cut into small pieces based on their weight.


This piece is completely clean and ready to consume without any waste.

Keep in the fridge at a temperature between 0ºC and 8ºC.


Whenever you want to eat it, take it out of the fridge cut the quantity you would like to consume and throw away the plastic bag.


Afterwards, store the remaining piece in the fridge wrapped in cling film. Allow the sliced piece to warm up for 1 or 2 hours before consumption.


It is easier to cut the product when it is cold and, in addition, it avoids that the product suffers continuous changes of temperature.
